In these terms and conditions, the expressions “we”, “us” and “our”, refer to the Intelligent Punter web site. 

In accessing the Intelligent Punter website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. When registering as a
member of the Intelligent Punter website it is taken that you have read and agreed to abide by these terms and 
conditions.

To access the information on the Intelligent Punter website, you must first register as a member. To register as a

individual is permitted to have one account as a registered member only. If any individual is found to have provided 
false details their account will be terminated.By registering as a member you agree to accept emails from the 
Intelligent Punter including updates and news.

You are authorised to use the Intelligent Punter web site for your own personal use only. You are not authorised to 
give your membership or subscription details to any other person. You are liable for any subscriptions made using 
your details. Sharing your log-in details will result in termination of your account.  You are authorised to print 
a copy of any information supplied to you by the Intelligent Punter web site for your personal use unless 
it is expressly prohibited. You may not sell or publish any material obtained from the Intelligent Punter web site.

In subscribing to the information services from the Intelligent Punter web site you must supply all the information 
as specified by the order page. You may not cancel or change your order once submitted. The subscription period is set 
out on the Intelligent Punter web site. At the end of that subscription period, the subscription period will 
automatically renew for the same period as the initial subscription period. Subscriptions will be paid in advance and 
can be terminated by giving us 14 days written notice of your intention to discontinue your subscription. All renewals 
will be subject to these terms and conditions.


If your subscription fees are late for any reason, including, but not limited to, your credit card payment being 
rejected,your subscription will be suspended immediately until your subscription is paid in full.

All information provided by the Intelligent Punter is provided in good faith. Intelligent Punter is not liable for any 
loss resulting from any action taken on the information supplied to you via the Intelligent Punter. You should 
undertake your own research before relying on information and data made available to you by the Intelligent Punter 
web site. The Intelligent Punter does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage suffered as a result of your 
reliance on the accuracy of the information accesses on the Intelligent Punter web site.


The Intelligent Punter does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage that you may suffer, directly or indirectly,

and conditions or for any other reason at any time without notice.
